Highrise or something else to handle support tickets & applications?

I recently came across a web service called Kayako support suite and wondering how any of the 37signals applications can do what that service does. Basically, Kayako allows an unlimited amount of people to submit support tickets, submit an application, allow you to create custom forms and question to ask people once they create a ticket and allows the user (the person who opened the ticket with a question or something else) to see the previous conversation that have been occurring. Any suggestions. What do you guys use when it comes to people asking product and customer support questions for your business’s and organizations? Do the people asking for support go through basecamp, highrise etc. or use a seperate support portal? Thank you. |
