Via the API, I would like to pull

Any plans to support this in future, or is there perchance already some unpublished way of fetching this that I’m not guessing properly on my own?

Yes, I saw your post previously.

It’s a shame that the theory doesn’t actually apply in practice here. It almost certainly would if Basecamp had been written when ActiveResource existed, but alas it was not. In the case of Highrise, it’s actually quite possible to guess methods in the manner that I posit above, becase that app was manifestly written with RESTful controllers.

The question is, I guess, when or if there are plans afoot to retrofit Basecamp with more user-friendly, REST-style interfaces to all the Basecamp models (like responsabilities) rather than just the few that currently are exposed.

Ryan: Yes, we do have plans to make Basecamp RESTful. It’s in the cards. We’re working on modernizing a few different spots in Basecamp right now.
